This black double cutaway Gibson CS-356 has similar lines but is a lot slimmer and lighter than the classic ES-335 model and feels more similar to a Les Paul. The guitar features a 3 ply figured maple arched top with a solid mahogany center piece. The neck is quartersawn mahogany and features an ebony fingerboard with block inlays – he fingerboard still has plenty of fretlife left in it and has recently been through our workshop to ensure the guitar is in the best possible playing condition. In the neck and bridge we have two ’57 PAF classic humbucker pickups and more features include the Bigsby tailepiece, gold hardware, tune-o-matic bridge, double bound body, bound headstock and F holes on either side of the top. Also included in the sale is a Gibson Hardcase.
